TIP, through its web-based platforms, is seeking to grow its community of contributors seeking to share their knowledge with others.  Contributors, by providing quality answers and information, can be recognized for their efforts and connected to others with similar interests.

For people with questions or requests for information, TIP Platforms provides a unique way to deliver quality answers and information.  Particularly, a requesting person can post questions or information requests to a TIP Platform.  Then, TIP can direct a matching answer or information to the person that was previously provided by a contributor.  Also, contributors can be notified of the question or information request, and they can provide answers or information.  TIP can control communication of an answer or information to the requester based on a quality rating of the answer or information, or a recognition level attained by the contributor.
